The original 6 members of Team B which included B.I aka kim hanbin,leader of the group,Bobby aka Kim JiWon, Kim JinHwan , Koo JunHoe , Song YunHyeong, Kim DongHyuk are now part of IKON along with Jung ChanWoo,the new added in member as well as the youngest. IKON consists of 2 rappers and 5 vocalists. 

In 2013, Team B compete with Team A aka Winner in a survival competition called WIN(Who is next). Since Team B has lost to Team A, they lost the opportunity to debut as WINNER.

After 11 months, YG officially launched the concept of Mix & Match to the public, confirming Team B's participation.The official press conference was held on september 2 along the introduction of 3 new trainees which are Jung JinHyeong , Jung ChanWoo and Yang HongSeok. YG Ceo,Yang Hyun Suk also revealed that Kim HanBin, Kim Bobby and Kim JinHwan are part of the confirmed member of IKON , leaving the other 3 orginal members of Team B to compete with the 3 new trainees for only 4 places more in IKON.

IKON's official line-up was determined by  a voting system which is 30% by judges made of YG artists and 70% by viewers.

Koo JunHoe was the first to be revealed from the potential candidates on 4 NOV 2014 followed by Song YunHyeong which was revealed on 5 NOV 2014.Jung ChanWoo was then revealed as the 6th member on6 NOV 2014 ,leaving many fans and viewers in shock as the expected member , Kim DongHyuk was not the 6th member. The last member of IKON was revealed on 6 NOV 2014 at 11PM KST which is Kim DongHyuk, one of the member of Team B.

All the members of Team B remain in IKON and Jung ChanWoo is added in to form IKON. the seven-members south korean male group.

 

IKON's Bobby and Kim Hanbin have joined SMTM 3 but hanbin had been eliminated after rounds but Bobby had won the first place for the programme.
